PJ Fry oversees the Processing Plant which slaughters 3,5 million birds per month. Products are packed according to different retail brands and house brands comprising 60 different lines. Additionally, the division utilises a new breaded plant facility for contractual business, which boasts a state-of-the-art breading machine using the latest technology.
